Refund & Returns Policy
At Body Shop GH, your satisfaction matters. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at info@bodyshop.expert or 0207984683 with your order details. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method or via mobile money within 2 business days.

Certain items (e.g. opened supplements or personal-care products) may not be eligible for return for health and safety reasons. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
