Shipping policy

Body Shop GH ships all orders from Ghana.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed same day after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently offer the following shipping options within Ghana:

•  Standard Delivery (Ghana Post / Local Courier)

•  Accra & Greater Accra: Same day 

•  Other regions in Ghana: Next day

•  Express Delivery (where available) -additional fee applies

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your package using the link provided.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within Ghana. We do not offer international shipping.

Important Notes

•  Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or high order volumes.

•  If your order is delayed beyond 3 business days, please contact us immediately.

•  We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service once the package has been handed over.

•  All prices shown at checkout include the applicable shipping fee for your location.
